The Expert

While the heroes were still dumfounded by the sight of Mary Poppins appearing, both Yen Sid and even the Blue Fairy were bowing gracefully to her.

“Mary Poppins.” The ethereal wizard said with respect. “Apologies for summoning you on such short notice, but-”

She cut him off as she waved off his words while saying “Oh please, Master Yen Sid, save the niceties and all for later. Obviously this is something troubling or else I would have had the proper time to say goodbye to a little boy. Though I am certain he is more shocked than ever after seeing his nanny disappear before his eyes instead of flying off into the sky as she should.” Yen Sid mumbled an agreement to what she said before Mary Poppins looked over and said “Ah, the Blue Fairy. I see they have managed to mix you up in this debacle. Tell me, how does that little wooden boy fair? Staying out of trouble?”

“Oh, very much so.” The Blue Fairy answered with an awkward smile. “But I was not aware…”

“That I had been made aware?” she finished for her. Mary Poppins gave a little smile before saying “Believe me, Madame Fairy, the business of any misbehaving child, in any world, is always my business. Even if they have other Alpha Beings acting as guardians.” The Blue Fairy thought to herself on this while Mary Poppins walked on to see the other heroes and said “And I suppose this is our assembled force?” Seeing the different heroes assembled, from little Lilo to Sven the reindeer, she hummed curiously before saying “Not exactly the stuff of legend, but then doubt I should be one to cast any stones first.”

Hearing all this Merida was the one to ask “Uh, sorry, but who the heck are you again?”

Yen Sid cleared his throat before saying “Princess Merida, show a little respect. This is-”

Mary Poppins stopped him again and said “Now Master Yen Sid, no need for any of that. After all, as you have stated, this is princess Merida.” After indicating her she moved on to some of the other heroes and said “And King Mickey. And Queen’s Minnie and Elsa. And Princess Anna. I believe in any world the nanny bows before royalty.”

After saying this did Mary Poppins actually bow before all the royal heroes before her. They all looked oddly amongst each other before, out of respect, bowing back to her.

Afterwards Mary Poppins straightened up and said “There now. As it should be. Otherwise, if everyone bowed before a nanny, who knows who else would want to be bowed to. A bank teller? A Street cleaner?”

Mickey spoke up next and said “Uh, it’s an honor to have you hear, Ms. Poppins.”

“Mary Poppins.” She corrected him. “Always ‘Mary Poppins’. Not Ms.”

Taking that in Mickey gave her an odd look before saying “Sorry. Anyways, we need to talk to you about-”

“Yes, yes. Of course.” She cut him off. “One moment.” She suddenly pulled out a pocket watch and checked the time before saying “It’s almost four o’clock. We should discuss everything over tea.”

Mary Poppins was already making her way out of the room when Kristoff asked “Tea? At a time like this?”

She stopped and turned back to him and stated “Why yes. Well of course I’m not familiar with how things are in your world, but in any event I always like to have my tea time at the proper tea time.”

After that Mary Poppins turned and continued walking out of the room. She was met by a few broom servants who offered to take her things, which she thanked them before handing her coat, hat, umbrella and bag over to them. Kristoff tried saying more but kept stumbling over his words, still baffled by what this woman was saying and doing.

“I don’t think we should try arguing.” Anna said while patting his arm to calm him. She even looked over to Yen Sid and the Blue Fairy and asked “Right?”

“Mary Poppins may seem odd to those who do not know her,” the Blue Fairy began “but she always seems to have a plan ready for any situation.”

“And I would not doubt her power if I were any of you.” Yen Sid added while looking to everyone. “She may seem like an ordinary nanny, but then looks can often be deceiving.”

Merida gave an unconvinced “What? Is she like a witch or something?”

Yen Sid gave an ominous “Or something.” Before walking out with the Blue Fairy.

The other heroes looked at each other, all considering what he meant by that, before finally deciding to follow. Given the ominous tone Yen Sid had used when describing Mary Poppins, Kristoff would keep a careful eye on the strange nanny woman.

“I think, whoever she is, she’s crazy.” Lilo commented to Stitch.

Stitch nodded and said “Eh. Crazy.”

Meanwhile Olaf still had a surprised tone in his voice as he said “I can’t believe it. It’s incredible. Why didn’t anyone tell me you could put flowers in hats? That’s such an amazing idea!”

**********************

Everyone had come to the dining room of the castle where everything was explained to Mary Poppins while she, and some of the others, were having tea.

The table they sat as was very long and could hold up to 30 people. Every place was already set, even with candles, even if the table itself was not full. It even had a nice view to the outside river that was close to where the castle stood in the village.

Mary Poppins was sitting, of course, along with Minnie, Daisy, Merida, Scrooge, Anna, Elsa, Lilo and Stitch. Kristoff stood near his friends, including Sven who was sitting next to him, while Spring was still sitting atop the reindeer’s head. Yen Sid and the Blue Fairy stood nearby as well, a little more closely to their fellow Alpha Being Mary Poppins herself. Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Max were the ones who explained everything that they, and the other heroes, had gone through. Often one of the other heroes spoke up to add one detail or another. Almost an hour went by before they’d finally finished, those most of the heroes noting to themselves how she just kept sitting at her place and drinking tea while barley reacting to any of it.

Coming to the end of the story Mickey said “And that’s when Master Yen Sid suggested calling on you to help, Mary Poppins. And believe me when I say we need all the help you can give.”

After finishing her current cup of tea Mary Poppins commented with “I would say so, given the story you’ve just told.”

“So you’ll help then?” Max asked.

“Well of course I will, my good boy.” She said before standing up. “After all I’m here now, and this so-called Master of Worlds needs to be stopped. Though I do question who in all of the worlds he is. I don’t believe I ever heard of him.”

“None of us have either.” Goofy said. “But everyone in Pete’s family talked like he wasn’t anyone old but someone completely new.”

“Not to mention what that boy, PJ, said.” Scrooge commented. “Claims the Master wasn’t born from any worlds and just appeared. Some sort of new Alpha Being.”

Mary Poppins laughed at this and said “To think that such a thing could happen. No one just appears out of nowhere. Especially not Alpha Beings. Not even someone like this Master who claims as such.”

“And you so sure of that?” Kristoff asked. “I mean you don’t think it’s possible?”

“I do not think so, Kristoff. I know so.” She stated bluntly. “Everyone in any world, be they big or small, has a story. But of course all of us here know that some stories are more recognized than others. But for someone like this Master, someone who’s apparently so powerful as to be a match for two powerful Alpha Beings, cannot have just sprung from nothing.”

“If that’s the case then what do you think he is?” Merida asked.

Instead of answering Mary Poppins said “The better question is where to find him and stop whatever he is planning. Which, from all the evidence I’ve seen, is obviously a spell.”

“Obviously.” Kristoff said with a little annoyance. “We already figured that part out. But what we don’t know is what kind of spell.”

“I would think to say a very powerful one.” She both retorted and answered.

Kristoff groaned with annoyance before Olaf commented “Well you can’t blame her for being right.”

“We were sort of hoping you had a plan for stopping the spell.” Elsa spoke up. “I mean you’re something of an expert, right?”

She gave a more confident “Well I do not think it proper to boast, but I will say I have dabbled further than most. Including our own Master Yen Sid in some areas.”

Yen Sid gave a little embarrassed chuckle before saying “Only because I felt some point were better left to one who could manage things better. If they’d ever become too out of hand.”

“And yet I’ve not run across that problem to this day.” She retorted with a smirk. After that Mary Poppins stood and said “First things first, however. I’ll like for all those not of this world to please stand in a line. All of you, if you’d please.”

All of the heroes not from Castle Disney, except for the Blue Fairy, looked at gave each other the unsure looks. Basically they didn’t know if she was serious or not about whatever she wanted from them. However Olaf and Stitch were the first ones to run up and stand in line and sure enough the others all followed. They stood grouped together based on their worlds, those being from the same standing with each other. Only Merida stood on her own while Spring still sat on Sven’s head.

Seeing everyone in line she nodded before walking over to where a broom servant was holding her bag. It handed it to Mary Poppins, she thanking it, before bringing it over to the table where she opened it and began rummaging through. She began pulling out a number of random objects from shoes to mirrors and fans to even very large books. Everyone watching wondered how she could fit everything into one carpet bag, even more so when she pulled out a large spyglass that could not have fit inside the bag with everything else.

Finally she found what she was looking for: a measuring tape. Merida was scratching her head at why she needed the measuring tape while Olaf commented how neat it looked, even though he had no idea what it was.

Mary Poppins turned and walked up to the first one in line, saying “Right then. We’ll start with you, Queen Elsa.” Elsa gave an awkward okay before Mary Poppins used the measuring tape on her, examining what he said. Instead of reading her height she said “Self-doubting at times and tends to think too little of herself.”

“W-What?” Elsa asked. She looked at the tape and said “That can’t be…” but stopped when she saw that was what it read on the tape.

Mary Poppins gave a ‘told you so’ smile before saying “Just because they call you a snow queen doesn’t mean you should feel like one, you majesty.” She then moved to the next and said “Now for the princess.” She measured and read “Inclined to be over affectionate and tries to see the good in everything.”

Hearing this Anna asked “Is that bad?”

Mary Poppins gave a slight tilt of her head before saying “It is what you make of it, Princess Anna.”

Next she went to Olaf who said “Hi. I’m Olaf and I…”

She’d already measured him before he could finish and said “Like warm hugs?”

Olaf gasped before saying “You must be like a mind reader or something.”

Mary Poppins smiled a little at the snowman’s loving disposition before moving to Sven and saying “Come, come now. Let’s not slouch, Mr. Sven.” The reindeer grumbled a little before Mary Poppins said “Do not take that tone with me, sir. That’s very rude behavior, especially in front of a woman.”

“Hold it.” Kristoff said. “You can understand him?”

She looked to him and stated “Well I will admit his articulation isn’t the best for a reindeer.” Sven ‘said’ something else before she retorted “I’m only say you shouldn’t slur so much. It makes you sound unintelligent.” After that she continued measuring him, everyone still looking oddly at her after she’d talked to a reindeer, before she said “Loyal to friends all the time.” Sven held his head up with pride before Mary moved onto the next and said “Ah, the sprite of Spring. I do so love meeting one of your kind every now-and-then.” Spring was both saying and yet miming something to Mary Poppins, something everyone had trouble understanding, before she of course responded with “Why thank you very much. You’re looking full of life as ever yourself.” Spring said more, everyone surprised Mary Poppins understood that too, before she said “I think I could already tell. You don’t need any measuring.”

As she watched Lilo leaned over to Merida and said “Wow. She talks everything.”

Mary Poppins moved to Kristoff next and commented “I see where he gets his slouching habits.”

Kristoff straightened himself out before saying “Okay, hold it. I don’t know what your game is, lady, but I’m not going to let you try and trick me with whatever that magic tape says. I know who I am so don’t even think of saying I’m not.”

He crossed his arms and held a confident look before Mary Poppins shrugged and moved onto the next, saying “Well if you insist.”

Kristoff broke from his bravado pose, showing that he was trying to trick her into measuring him or something, before saying “Uh…wait. I mean you can if you want. I just mean…well…”

He gave up when Mary Poppins had already measured Merida, who was next in line, and said “Brave but stubborn at times.”

The red headed princess huffed and commented “You sound like my mother.”

Mary Poppins moved to Lilo next, measured, and said “Interesting. Says the same of you, Lilo.”

“Wait, how could it do that?” Lilo asked. “We’re not the same.” She meant pertaining to their height.

“Aren’t you though?” Mary Poppins asked with a wink before moving onto the last.

Merida and Lilo looked at each other, a little dumbfounded by what Mary Poppins said. Eventually the two started to catch onto what she meant and how the measuring tape worked before laughing a little showing signs of friendship towards each other; e.g. a pat on the back or holding them close by the shoulder.

“And that just leaves you.” She said looking down to Stitch. He tried to greet himself, saying his usually ‘my name stitch’, but he was cut before he could finish as she said “Yes, I know you. The little alien from beyond your world. Interesting as you are, you certainly have a different side to you.” She measured him and read “greedy with food and tends to be a bit destructive.” Hearing that Stitch said something that made her look at him cross and say “Watch that sort of language, otherwise I’ll clean that tongue with soap.”

After she’d finished measuring everyone Mickey spoke up and asked “I’m sorry, but what’s this all for anyway?”

“Something I’m sure we won’t need to worry about.” Mary Poppins stated before walking back to her carpet bag to put everything she’d pulled out back inside.

While she did the heroes all looked even more baffled by this before Yen Sid asked “Mary Poppins, do you perhaps have any insight as to why the Master of Worlds is stealing Alpha Beings?”

“Yes, we were trying to figure that out the most out of everything.” Queen Minnie commented. “We fear for any of our friends that could be next.”

Mary Poppins had just finished packing everything before turning back to say “Well for one thing I can tell you that is certain, it’s that the Master of Worlds isn’t interested in Alpha Beings. Rather it’s their magic he’s after.”

“Magic?” Goofy asked. “You mean the stuff that makes them all powerful and everything?”

Mary Poppins nodded before Max said “Hang on. If he’s only after magic then why not use his own? I mean he stole Master Yen Sid’s book and by the sounds of it the guy seems pretty power on his own. Why need more?”

“Even as skillful as you are in combat, Max, don’t you wish you had the fighting skills of some of the greatest swordsmen who ever lived?” she asked rhetorically. After that she continued with “The magic of Alpha Beings is far different from any ordinary magic users.”

“It is true.” Yen Sid added. “When I became what I am now, I felt my powers anew. They’d become more inhumed with a deep magic that I was not aware of.”

Elsa, being an Alpha Being herself, spoke up and said “But all I have is my power. I’ve had it my whole life and I couldn’t do anything except making snow and ice and everything.”

“And handsome, lovable snowmen too.” Olaf added with a giggle.

“As we’ve said before” The Blue Fairy began this time “the powers of an Alpha Being are always different. Some greater than others while others would not realize until death or some other great change in their lives. Master Yen Sid for example.”

Merida suddenly thought out loud “Well…what if that’s what he wants? I mean Mary Poppins was saying he can’t be an Alpha Being, right? So what if he’s actually someone who’s trying to be one?”

Hearing that suggestion everyone began to realize Merida may have been right. Only Mary Poppins wasn’t stunned or shocked or thinking this through as she just looked to the others to hear their reactions.

Mickey suddenly realized and said “If he managed to use all of the power from the ones he’s stolen, then he’d be unbeatable!”

“Unbeatable?” Scrooge repeated before saying “He’d practically be the strongest Alpha Being ever. He might even give Chernabog a run for his money.”

Mary Poppins suddenly laughed in her throat before saying “Please. That demon’s only real power comes from blow fire from his mountain and making his minions dance.”

Max, hearing this, asked “Wait, you know Chernabog? You?”

Instead of giving a clear answer she merely stated “Let us just suffice it to say that while he delights in trying to turn people evil, I strive to make them good. Particularly at an age where true influence takes over.”

Those who knew of Chernabog thought it odd that Mary Poppins was something of an equal to him. The demonic force from Bald Mountain was gigantic and intimidating beyond belief yet Mary Poppins was a charming, cheery yet stern woman. More and more they began to wonder what real power she had and how useful it would be against the Master of Worlds.

Yen Sid spoke up next, saying “I think what we must do is to find where he and his compatriots will strike next. If they’re truly after Alpha Beings, then they will seek out the strongest ones left.”

“But how do we know who’s left to take?” Donald asked. “He’s already got the wisps. Ray. Jafar’s lamp. Mushu.”

“And who knows how long he’s been at it.” Minnie pointed out. “For all we know the Master’s already collected others.”

“But how could he transfer their magic to himself?” Anna asked. “I mean could he?”

Everyone looked to Mary Poppins who answered with “While there may not be any spells known to do so, it’s possible the Master has managed one of his own.”

“But that could only be half of it.” Yen Sid pointed out. “If he could create a spell to transfer the powers of Alpha Beings to himself, there is no way of knowing what other spells he’s created.”

After hearing this Lilo pointed out “The more you guys talk about it, the more the Master sounds like a real person. But I thought we already said he wasn’t a real one.”

“Alpha Beings are different from normal people.” Mary Poppins pointed out. “And while I’m sure the Master isn’t any sort of Alpha Being, I will admit I am not sure what he is. But for now what we must do is find out who is next on his list of targets.” She turned to Yen Sid and the Blue Fairy and asked them “How many Alpha Beings have you both actually discovered? Aside from yourselves and Chernabog?”

It took them both a minute to think on it before the Blue Fairy answered “At least 12. And that isn’t counting yourself, Mary Poppins, or the gods from the worlds of those like Hercules or in Prydain.”

Mary Poppins scoffed at this and said “Trust me, Madame Fairy, the gods are not all Alpha Beings. The fact that there are so many proves it.” Before anyone could question this she then asked “What about the powerful items? The Fairy Godmother’s wand? The Black Cauldron? King Triton’s trident?”

“What do those have to do with anything?” Mickey asked. “I mean something like the trident or the cauldron isn’t an Alpha Being, right?”

Mary Poppins looked to him and explained “Well in some instances, your majesty, an Alpha Being’s power does not just come from themselves. In certain cases their power comes from a magical item that they can use. The Fairy Godmother would be nothing without her wand, just another old woman. But the wand itself has the deeper magic of the world she’s from that grants her the power she has.”

Goofy perked up and said “Oh. So that explains when the Horned King was so strong when he came back to life. He was reborn in the Black Cauldron so he was made into an Alpha Being too.”

After Mary Poppins confirmed this it was Merida who asked “I guess that means it’s not just people he’s after then. So what about the other magical items? Which ones do we know are safe?”

Mickey answered with “I can’t really say in terms of the Fairy Godmother’s wand or the cauldron, but I know King Triton still has his trident. No way could Pete or any of the others have taken it from him. But there still could be others. Some we don’t know about. Same for the people Alpha Beings.”

Merida looked a bit confused and asked “Are there really that many?”

“There is always one for each world, Princess.” Yen Sid explained. “Each one that could, in a sense, represent the deep and inner magic of the world’s themselves. As said before, some eclipse over others but all depend on each other to maintain balance.”

“You don’t think he’s trying to get ALL of them, do you?” Elsa asked.

“Doubtful.” The Blue Fairy answered. “The Master would not be able to capture all of them. Not just because some are stronger, but also for the fact that even we don’t know all of them.”

“True as that may be, you should consider this.” Mary Poppins began. “Obviously whatever spell he has planned requires a certain number of Alpha Beings. The special items included. Otherwise we’d have felt some sort of imbalance by him taking their powers.”

Goofy spoke for everyone who didn’t know when he asked “What sort of imbalances?”

Mary Poppins merely stated “Very drastic types.” After that she looked to everyone and said “Now we’ve managed to stop him from taking two of the Alpha Beings he wanted. That being Queen Elsa and the Sprite of Spring. Though apparently he’s found a substitute for one. If this is the case then consider, who would he substitute for the other?”

Everyone considered and thought on this before Yen Sid said “It is very hard to say. There are only a few others that it could be.”

“Precisely why we need more help.” Mary Poppins stated.

“Oh no. Now who do we need?” Kristoff asked. “Another crazy nanny?”

Mary Poppins gave him a cross look, one that made Kristoff back down from his remark, before she looked and asked “Donald? Mr. Scrooge? I don’t suppose you could fetch the Magic Mirror from your study. If you would be so kind.”

Both of them were about to question how she knew it was there before shrugging and just walking off to get it. After they left Mary Poppins simply asked for more tea and sat back at her chair and waited along with everyone else.

As they waited Stitch and Olaf looked oddly at Mary Poppin’s carpet bag, remembering how she’d managed to pull out so much stuff and yet it was so small. Both checked to make sure she wasn’t paying attention, too busy enjoying tea, before looking to each other and nodding.

They crept over and took the carpet bag off the table and opened it up once they were out of sight. They looked and saw it was empty, or at least looked that way. The two shrugged to each other before Stitch reached in tried to pull anything out. He reached too far in and wound up falling inside, his scream echoing like he fell farther than he should’ve. Olaf quickly grabbed his foot before he fell and hoisted him back out in time.

After the he saw he was okay Olaf asked “Well? What happed? Where’d you go?”

Stitch gave a nervous “I don’t know. Stitch not going back in bag again.”

Soon after Scrooge and Donald returned with the Magic Mirror. They were careful as they handled it and brought it over to a chair that was pulled out, resting it on the arms and the cushion keeping it from falling over. Those that didn’t know the mirror’s power looked oddly at it while Donald prepared himself to say the words to summon the spirit within.

He started with “Slave in the magic mirror. Come from the…”

However Mary Poppins cut him off by walking up and saying “Yes, yes. None of that’s needed.” She tapped on the glass and said “Hello? Come out of there. I don’t wish to interrupt you from your sleep but we’re in a hurry.”

At first the heroes though it wouldn’t work but to their surprise, yet again, the face in the mirror appeared and said “Mary Poppins, the nanny, we met again. How many years have passed between now and then?”

“A little more than I care to recount.” She said with a pleasant smile. “But we can discuss that later. As of now we need to know who the Master will seek next for whatever plans he has.”

It took a moment for the spirit of the mirror to think on this, perhaps using his powers to see out into the other worlds, before finally answering “The Master has lost the girl of ice, and now seeks another that will suffice. Of Alpha Beings known and those in shadow, one replacement I am able to show. For the child of light will be his tool unless you find her first and make him the fool.”

“Child of light?” Donald asked. “Who’s that?”

The mirror answered with “She who’s hair was once of gold and who sang of life beyond the tower bold.”

Everyone from the Disney Castle, those that knew enough about the heroes of every world, took a moment to think before all of them, including Minnie and Daisy, shouted out “Rapunzel!”

Mary Poppins, satisfied with the answer, told the mirror “Thank you. I believe we have what we need.” Before the face disappeared. After that she looked to everyone and said “Well, now we know where we have to go. Let’s be off then.”

She went back to gather her things from the table and the broom servants while Mickey said “Alright everyone. Obviously it’s important we keep Rapunzel safe. And the Master’s likely to send everything he has to get her if he’s going to complete his spell. So that means everyone’s on board.”

“About bloody time.” Merida said as she brandished her bow.

“Yeah!” Lilo said. “Let’s go kick some bad guy butt!”

Anna, hearing this from Lilo, said “Hang on. You can’t go. You’ll get hurt, Lilo.”

Lilo tried to protest before Mary Poppins said “I am afraid she’s right, Lilo. This is no place for children. Nor for any of you.” She pointed to Anna, Elsa and Kristoff.

“Wait, why not?” Elsa asked in protest. “We can help.”

“Both of you are not in a positon to help with the fighting.” She explained. “Queen Elsa, if you’re there then the master will do his best to steal you or Rapunzel. Either way we cannot risk you being captured. And Princess Anna, you and Kristoff have no combat experience. You will remain with Spring and the others.”

“Oh come on.” Kristoff protested more. “This is ridiculous. I mean who are you to give order anyway?”

Instead of answering Mary Poppins walked over to the Blue Fairy and said “Madame Fairy, I would ask that you keep an eye on them while we’re away. Make sure they stay out of danger.”

The Blue Fairy nodded her agreement before Mickey asked “Are you sure about this, Mary Poppins? I mean they could help.”

She looked down to him as she looked through the pockets of her jacket while saying “I am sorry, King Mickey. But it’s far too dangerous. You know that I am doing this for the best.” Mickey sighed when he knew it was true before she pulled something out of her pocket and said “Ah. There it is.”

Everyone looked before Scrooge asked “What’s that? A piece of chalk?” When Mary Poppins confirmed it he asked “What’s that supposed to do? Draw us a map on how to get there?”

Mary Poppins began to draw out a picture while saying “Given the imbalances already caused in the worlds, the Doorway is not an option. But then we don’t need a doorway to get to where we need to.”

“How else are we getting there then?” Max asked.

“I could always create a portal spell.” Yen Sid suggested.

Mary Poppins, while still drawing, said “No, no. No need to waste the energy, Master Yen Sid. We’ll be much safer with this.” They waited a few moments before she finished what she was drawing before standing straight and saying “There we are.”

Everyone looked to see what she’d drawn. They realized it was the tower that Rapunzel was held in as well as the surrounding area. While it was all white the picture itself was very detailed, even for one being drawn by chalk.

“Well that’s a nice picture and all.” Merida commented. “But how’s this supposed to help?”

Without answering Mary Poppins only said “Take hands. All of you.” Everyone looked oddly at her before she insisted “Come, come now. We haven’t all day.”

With that all the heroes that were off to Rapunzel’s world. This included the obviously trio of Mickey, Donald and Goofy, Max and Scrooge, Merida, Mary Poppins, Stitch who was told to come along for his strength and skills, and finally Master Yen Sid, who knew how to use the picture without holding hands.

Seeing everyone ready Mary Poppins ordered “On my mark we all jump. Ready? Three…two…one!”

With that everyone jumped. For those who were watching they were surprised as they watched everyone suddenly shrink in size before they could hit the ground and suddenly wind up going into the picture itself. Anna and Lilo ran up and looked to see they were indeed gone. No trace of them at all. Somehow they’d actually managed to travel via a chalk drawing.

“It’s official.” Olaf said. “I am in love with this woman. She’s just so amazing!”

“Yeah.” Kristoff commented with a bewildered tone. “She’s…..something alright.” Anna looked back and gave him a cross look when he said that before he explained “Not like THAT.”

********************

In the hidden base of the Master of Worlds PJ was contemplating to himself about what happened between him and Max.

He sat in a chair and sighed to himself as he started to wonder if he’d made the right choice. What if he didn’t side with the Master anymore and instead try to help the heroes?
What if he’d given up the lamp instead? Would this have made things better or worse? So many question plagued his mind that he didn’t realize someone was walking up to him.

He jumped a little when he felt a tap on his shoulder before hearing his sister Pistol ask “PJ? Are you ready?”

He looked back after relaxing a little and asked “Huh? Ready? For….?”

“The Master’s called. We got one more mission to run, remember? After that we’re getting the big rewards we’re supposed to get.”

“Oh. Oh yeah…” he said, remembering but still a little disheartened.

Seeing this Pistol looked oddly at him and asked “You okay, brother?”

“Yeah…” he answered with the same tone. He sighed and started to ask “Pistol, you think we….”

Before he could finish Pete had found the two and said “Hey, kids! C’mon. We ain’t got time to wait.”

Pistol ran out while PJ took another moment to himself before finally getting up and hurrying to meet with everyone else. They came to the Master’s main room where he stood waiting for all of them to arrive and stand in front of him, even the Headless Horseman was there waiting.

Once everyone had arrived he looked over Pete’s family and the Horseman and declared “My friends, you have all performed excellently. The time is fast approaching for my plan to finally begin. There’s only one crucial piece left.”

“Isn’t that always the case?” Peg whispered to Pete. “Like when you can’t find the last piece to a jigsaw puzzle.”

The Master continued with “Go! All of you. Bring back the princess Rapunzel. Once she’s her the ultimate spell will be cast. And you shall all live as kings!”

He spread his hand out forward and created a portal spell, all of the Master’s minions looking back to it. The Headless Horseman wasted no time in riding through first before the others followed. PJ was the last to go through, taking one little glance back at the Master. Seeing the boy’s hesitation the Master looked at him with his blaring eyes, scaring Pete enough to finally go through.

Once everyone was gone the Master smirked before walking over to a small pile of all the thing’s collected from the worlds by his pawns. Among them were the bag of wisps, Jafar’s lamp, two vial-like containers that Mushu and the spirit of Ray were stuffed into, a glass orb containing the voodoo shadow spirits from New Orleans, the Black Cauldron and even the cloth remains of the evil Maleficent.

As the two living Alpha Beings continually banged against their vial prisons and the shadows moaned inside their glass orb the Master used his magic to move the Black Cauldron into the center of the room. After that he pulled out the Fairy Godmother’s wand from his robes and pointed it towards the ground. With it’s magic in his hands he began to crave something into the stone floor.
Note: I own nothing, all material belongs to the respective owners at Disney.

When it came to having Mary Poppins in this story I always felt she would be something like the Doctor Who equivalent of the Disney universe. Has some deeper secrets she doesn't talk about, has weird tools or magic items, seems to know more than she says at times. And really having her as part of the assembled heroes is a plus, epseiclayy when she acts as something of a mother figure to some. I also liked the idea that she, being the stern and good natured nanny, is the polar opposite to Chernabog, who's more or less the Disney devil.
