“We’re dead!” Iago exclaimed in a panic as he and everyone else looked at the titanic Horned God above. “Finished! We’re so deceased!”

All of the heroes seemed truly defeated at this point. None of them knew what to do and others simply fell to their knees at the sight of the all-powerful enemy before them. Even Mickey didn’t know what do to, making Goofy and Donald look just as confused. Others tried to look to someone else for answers, but even that was hopeless. Tinkerbell was dead and cradled in Peter’s hands. Alice, while still unconscious, still showed signs of being corrupted by the Horned King’s....God’s...magic.

“Wait!” Taran finally said, gaining their attention. “We can’t give up. We still have this!” he held up his sword to show them all.

“What makes you so sure that’ll even work anymore?” Aladdin asked.

“He’s right.” Eric added. “He might be too strong for it.”

“We’ll we need to try something.” Taran added. “Anything!” he kept the sword up and finished with “This is our only chance.”

Some of the heroes still seemed unsure of this course of action, even to where Naveen asked “Even if it can still beat him, how do we get up there?”

“We fly up.” Mickey said, standing and getting everyone’s attention. “We can use Pegasus, the carpet and anyone who can do it naturally.”

“That’s a good plan.” Herc said.

“I’ll go.” Taran said. “This is my fight to finish.”

“Not alone, you’re not.” Mickey retorted. “He’ll see you coming and you’ll need all the cover we can give.” Taran nodded before Mickey asked “We don’t need any needless wastes of life here. Whoever decides to come better do so for the right reason.”

All of them seemed to hesitate at first before someone finally said “I’ll go.” Everyone looked as Peter Pan, still holding Tinkerbell, walked forward from the group and said “The Horned King went too far this time. If this is where it ends, then I want to know I was there when it happened.”

He gently handed Tinkerbell over to Cinderella before walking next to Mickey and Taran, the latter shaking his hand and saying “Thank you.”

Peter smiled and said “You are an honorary Lost Boy after all.”

“If it’s fliers you need then we’re coming too.” Flora said, speaking for herself and Fauna and Merrywheather, and Genie too.

Philip walked to them and said “But...you can’t! What about Aurora?”

“We came here to help her, yes,” Merrywheather began “but what’ll be worse for her? Only us dying or you and us dying?”

“Besides, my prince,” Fauna said “we may not be mighty but, as you’ve seen,” she indicated the battleground behind them where they’d fought. “we can handle our own.” He seemed ready to protest but finally went quiet and nodded his response.

Genie and Aladdin exchanged concerned looks before the former hugged the other saying “You be careful, alright?”

“Hey, don’t worry about me, Al.” he said, not using any funny voices or impressions now. “Just make sure you and Jasmine make it out in one piece, okay?”

They hugged each other more while Mickey said his silent goodbye to Donald and Goofy. They all put their hand in a circle together, said the oath of the musketeers, and hugged one more time. Those who were going all stood in a group, Taran being helped up onto Pegasus by Herc and Mickey stepping onto the magic carpet as it sat on the ground. They all looked to each other and nodded before Mickey looked back up as the Horned God was still taking in all his power, too busy to notice, or even care, about those below.

“This is going to be tough.” He said.

“Could use a distraction.” Taran added.

“You need one?” Herc said with a smirk. “I think I can provide.”

A clash of thunder sounded from above as the Horned God exuberated in his power.

“This is what I’ve always sought.” He said to himself. “The power to twist the very powers of the world to my bidding. And now...it is MINE!” He held out his arms as the sky suddenly began to grow even darker. “I will spread my power to all the worlds! All will know to fear and worship me as the one true power in the universe!”

********************

All throughout the other worlds the skies became darker and more menacing.

Many looked up at the strange phenomenon. Some thought it only an odd change in whether, others a dark omen of something terribly wrong happening somewhere. From the Sultan’s temple in Agrabah to the Disney Castle where everyone looked out the window from the throne room, all watched and prayed that this was not the end.

********************

As his power went across the worlds, the Horned God said “I will see all knee in my presence. The very mention of my name will force them to their knees in praise of my divinity. This is the reign of-”

A large boulder suddenly smacked the Horned God right on the forehead. He shook it off as if it were a minor annoyance and looked down to see Hercules tossing another one towards him. It flew in the air but this one the God managed to catch before crushing it in his hands.

“Fools!” he shouted. “You dare to challenge me? Behold my powers and face DEATH!”

He merely pointed one finger down towards the heroes on the ground before all of them felt the ground beneath tremble. Suddenly a grotesque animal hand burst out and grabbed at Donald’s leg. He shouted in fear before kicking it away and leaping into Goofy’s arms. All back up as the arm fully dug itself out, revealing the rest of be a demonic creature. Soon others of different shapes and forms burst around or behind it, some even being nothing more than skeletons. Cinderella, Anastasia, Le Fou and the Fairy Godmother all stood back, Alice on the ground near them and still out, as the other heroes stood around them in defense before attack the creatures.

As he watched the Horned God looked down and saw the heroes putting up a fight, but only huffed to himself and said “Foolish mortals. Fight as you may, you cannot possible hope to defeat...” he trailed off when he saw something coming towards him from the air and narrowed his gigantic hollowed eyes to see.

A glint in the distance from the magic sword made the Horned God even more aware of who it was. The small flying group came towards him with great speed, all armed and ready for a fight that they knew may very well be their last.

The God snarled as he merely said “Pig boy!” Before they reached him and attacked.

The Fairy Aunts fired their magic into the God’s eyes which he merely sneered at before trying to swat them away, his massive hands moving around to knock them out of the sky. The Genie zipped around from the other side and started firing magic bolts like bullets from a fighter jet. When that failed he flew away enough for Mickey to fly in close on the magic carpet to throw fireballs and whatever else he could at the Horned God.

All this served as a better distraction for Taran and Peter as they both flew in together, the former on Pegasus, and found an opening to attack with the sword. He flew in close and leaned to the side as he swiped the sword against the left shoulder. It, too everyone’s relief, managed to make a cut that left a glowing wound where it did. The Horned God hissed in pain before feeling the wound himself.

“Well there’s some good news.” Peter said to Taran before both saw the God turn towards them.

He bellowed a roar before green fire spewed from his mouth. Taran and Peter managed to duck away from it but the God kept it going as he turned towards the others. While they’d managed to get away in time, Flora and Fauna’s wings were singed badly by the flames, Merrywheather only just managing to catch them in time.

Mickey saw as Genie came over and helped her with her sisters before calling out “Go! Get back to the others. We’ll take it from here!”

He nodded before all four of them made their way back down. Mickey, Peter and Taran all regrouped together as they flew back towards the Horned God. Once they were close enough he tried to swat at them, making them break-off and attack from all sides. Eventually Peter drew his own sword and tried to stab it into the eye of the Horned God, but failed when he was caught in the God’s right hand.

He began to squeeze Peter and chuckled “How interesting. This is how I killed your little friend. Seems fitting, don’t you think?”

Peter only screamed in pain as he felt the grip grow tighter and tighter. Luckily for him Taran had managed to fly by and raise his sword high enough to slash the God’s hand holding Peter. He dropped him and held his hand in pain as Peter fell in the sky before being caught by Mickey at the last moment.

“Go!” Taran shouted to the mouse king. “Get him out of here!”

Mickey gave a reluctant nod before flying back down towards the others. Taran turned his attention back to the Horned God as he recovered and looked at Taran with his eyes blazing red. This was it. Their final battle.

There were now words from the God this time, only another blast of fire from his mouth which Taran maneuvered Pegasus around to avoid it. He zipped up and around, avoiding another swat from the God’s hands, before managing to get behind him and towards his head. With a long and mighty slash Taran managed to cut the left horn off the God’s head. He screamed in furry and pain as before his horn fell from the sky and slowly disintegrated into ash.

The Horned God was angered now as he roared again. Instead of swatting his hands he clapped them together hard, making a sonic boom that disrupted Pegasus’ flying. He dipped a little too close and was swatted by the God this time. Taran fell off right into the God’s waiting hand. He held him tight as Pegasus’ wing was damaged enough to force him to fly back to the ground.

The Horned God helped Taran up to his face before turning him to face the ground and said “Look!”

Below Taran could see as his friends, the heroes, were starting to wane in their fight against the demons and monsters. Adam was dog piled by many. Hercules was being attacked by two large brutish ones with nearly the same strength as him. Eric, Aladdin and the others fighting with blades were starting to be outnumbered. Peter was still unconscious near Alice now and even the magic from the fairies, and the Godmother, would only do so much for support.

“Do you see, pig boy?’ the Horned God said, making Taran keep looking. “You have failed. You and the rest of your companions have failed.” He turned him back to be face-to-face as he continued with “Did you truly think you could win? Is this because so many times before you have always triumphed in the end? Poor logic to depend on. You cannot win all the time.”

“Maybe your right.” Taran said. he lowered his head, as if in defeat, and continued with “Maybe we won’t always win. There might be a time when we finally lose.” He moved the sword in his hand while still in the God’s grip. He looked up defiantly and shouted “But that’s not today!”

He stab the sword through the God’s hand, making him toss Taran into the air as he yowled in pain from the strike. Taran found himself up in the air for a moment, the sword falling out of his grasp. In panic as he tried to grab it before he began to feel gravity take effect and bring him back down. In a final moment Taran regained his sword and pointed towards the Horned God.

Time seemed to stop as Taran fell towards the God, his sword in hand and pointed like the nose head of an arrow. His body was straight and true as he came closer and closer, the Horned God not noticing in time to catch him. When he finally saw Taran it was too late, the sword had been plunged right into the center of his chest.

The God felt a sudden painfully sensation throughout his body as Taran hung onto the sword. From the wound cracks of light began to spread all over the Horned God’s massive body. Below the demons and monsters suddenly recoiled from the heroes and disappeared into smoke. Confused they all looked up and saw what was happening to their master. Peter managed to wake in time to see this for himself.

As the Horned God roared in pain, the cracks of light reaching his face now, Taran gave a final shout “THIS TIME STAY DEAD!”

With that the Horned God, the former Horned King, gave a defeating yell as he burst into light. The explosion was so great and so bright that everyone looked away for fear of being blinded by it. The enemy was finally defeated.

********************

In the Disney Castle everyone saw as the skies began to clear with rejoicing glee.
As they all took deep breaths of reassurance or nodded to each other something good had obviously happened, Ariel suddenly felt an odd sensation in her legs. The moment she looked back her eyes went wide with joy.

“Look!” she said, making everyone look to her in the tub.

What should have been her mermaid tail that she held up for all to see was instead her right leg, human as the rest of her now was.

“They did it!” Tiana exclaimed.

There was a reveling feeling from everyone, some hugging others in joy while others smile took deep breaths of relaxation at the news. As Minnie was busy celebrating with the others she looked back to see Yen Sid giving a feint but bold smile from the throne.

********************

As Taran fell from the sky his eyes were closed.

He felt his strength was gone from his body now. All his fighting had led to this and it was worth it. The Horned King was defeated and everything would be able to get back to normal. He knew he was likely falling to his death, but it didn’t matter to him anymore. Even if none of the others caught him in time he didn’t mind. As long as he knew everyone was safe, Mickey, Peter, and everyone and every other world including his own would be safe, that made him happy. As happy as he kept thinking about Eilonwey, and how proud she’d be knowing he’d made a sacrifice that meant...

...wait....happy?

********************

As the heroes recovered, seeing the Horned God gone and instead the unconscious form of Chernabog up on the mountain top, there was a building sensation of joy and relief in all of them.

“It...it worked!” Le Fou said.

“We did it!” Philip sounded, making some of them cheer.

“I can’t believe it.” Adam said. “We won!”

When they looked to him, they were all surprised, Grumpy being the one to say “Hey! What happened to you?”

Confused Adam felt himself and, just as shocked as the others, found himself not a beast anymore. His body, his arms, his legs, and finally his face, were all changed back to a human’s. He laughed to himself before the others joined in, some hugging in in relief at the sight.

As they all kept celebrating Cinderella suddenly heard someone waking and asking “Wh-where am I? What’s going on?” Everyone nearby turned as Alice got to her feet, holding her head, and looking around at the odd assortment of characters in front of her. “Are....are you with that horrible Horned King?”

The Fairy Godmother came closer and stoked her hair for a moment as she said “Not at all, child. We’re here to help.”

“Yeah.” Donald added. “We’re the good guys.”

“The goodest guys you’ll ever meet.” Goofy finished, all of them smiling to reassure her of the fact.

Alice finally smiled back, everyone taking comfort in it, before Mickey turned and realized “Wait! Where’s Taran?”

Everyone looked around before Peter perked up and said “Taran!” zipping into the air and looking from him.

As everyone looked around, finding no sign of him, Simba was the one to say “He...he must’ve fell after the King died. We....couldn’t even see him.”

Everyone felt a great defeat from this. True the boy had managed to defeat the Horned King and save the day, but at the cost of his own life? They felt that was too great a loss no matter how you would try to soften it. Everyone looked down or tried to hold back tears at the idea of losing Taran.

“What are you all so sad about?” someone said. “We won didn’t we? And that makes me happy.” Everyone looked up to the source of the voice and, seeing a sight that made them nearly leap with joy, Taran was there floating above them. As Peter was about to ask, Taran shrugged and said “I found my happy thought after all.”

Happy as ever Peter gave a loud crow before zipping up and hugging his friend in the air. Everyone else gave a loud cheer as Taran was still alive, now the probably the greatest amongst them all for accomplishing such a feat. When he landed Taran was instantly dog piled into a hug by Gurgi. He laughed before getting back to his feet, receiving handshakes and pats on the back from all nearby.

When Mickey came up to him the mouse smiled and said “You’ve done it. But the sword...?” he asked realize Taran didn’t have it.

“Gone.” Taran shrugged. “I guess with the ‘Black Cauldron’s’ power gone it wasn’t needed anymore.”

Mickey nodded and said “Well, in any case, good to know we’ve all made it in one piece.”
“Most of us anyways...” Cinderella said, still holding Tinkerbell’s body.

Peter walked over and took her back, sighing and saying “I guess it was too much to hope this would be fixed too.” Before Alice walked up next to him to see the poor little cold body of the fairy.

“We’re not exactly done yet.” Hercules said, after seeing Pegasus was still fine despite his wounded wing. “There’s still a few loose ends to tie up.”

*********************

On the outskirts of the Bald Mountain Fortress, the remaining villains all stood behind Hades as he tried to recreate the portal spell.

“Hurry up already!” Tremaine said.

“Keep your shirt on, will you?” Hades said. “No, really, keep it on. I doubt anyone wants to see that.”

“Just get the blasted door or whatever open!” Hook said as he and his pirates panicked. “I don’t want to be around if anymore...THINGS...happen.”

“You mean like that giant monster looking like the Horned King showing up?” Pete suggested.

Hades kept thinking, trying to say the spell but messing up a word or syllable from time-to-time, before finally snapping his fingers, clearing his throat and saying “Vi lignum sanguine soluta iubeo. Aperi Underworld!”

With that a portal suddenly opened in front of them, leading to Hades’ dominion.

“What are you doing?” Hook asked. “What about the rest of us? I still have my ship hidden back on Neverland.”

“Then figure out the spell yourselves.” Hades said, not looking back to them. “I getting out while the getting’s good.”

Suddenly someone tapped his shoulder and said “Oh Hades.” Making the lord of the dead turn and, to his shock, see Hercules standing there. “Enjoy the trip.”

Before he could ask, Hades was punched square on the face so hard he went flying back into the portal. What Hades didn’t realize was that it was opened right above the river Styx.

As he fell back into the river of dead souls Hades cried out “NOT AGAIN!” before  slashing back into it.

As the heroes surrounded the other villains, Hercules gave a stern and threatening look to Pain and Panic who both said “We’re going!” before both rushed into the portal before it disappeared.

He turned back to see as the remaining villains were all kept in a circle with the heroes keeping weapons pointed at them.

Pete gave an awkward chuckle as he said to Mickey “You...you’re not going to hold that whole me trying to take over the kingdom thing against me. Are you, Mick?” An aggravated look from him, Donald and Goofy made him drop his head and say “I guess not.”

Lady Tremaine stood with Drizzella nearby, sneering at Cinderella and Anastasia, before looking to the latter and saying “Anastasia! How dare you! You betray your own mother for her?” she pointed at Cinderella. “You turned your back on your family and--”

Anastasia, summoning up all her courage towards her mother, suddenly cut her off and said “Shut up, Mother! If it means being related to you, the one who hurts people just to get your own way, then I don’t want to be a part of your family.” She held Cinderella’s hand and said “I’m with this one.”

Cinderella smiled at the strong act her sister had done while Tremaine looked bewildered; Drizzella standing behind her looking more confused than ever as to what was happening.

Suddenly Pumba said “Uh, Timon? I think the big guy’s waking up!”

Everyone looked as Chernabog began to stir, making Timon frantically say “Let’s beat it before he wakes up with a bad mood.”

Mickey nodded before saying “I’ll make the portal. Just be ready to move. And Quick.”

Everyone stood behind him, certain heroes like Aladdin, Eric, Philip and Naveen, keep their weapons trained on the villains to make sure they went through as well, before Mickey cleared his throat and prepared to say the spell.

“Vi lignum sanguine soluta iubeo. Aperi Disney Castle!”

The portal opened to the throne room where they could see the waiting figures of the other heroes who’d stayed behind reacting to the portal suddenly appearing. Mickey stood to the side and indicated everyone to move which they did. Some of the heroes like Cinderella, Anastasia Alice, Le Fou and Gurgi went first. Then the villains were escorted through before the heroes who kept their eyes on them went next. Finally Taran was last before Mickey who took one look back as Chernabog began to wake.

With him finally exiting, everyone was safety away from Bald Mountain.

********************

The reunion of the heroes was brief but great.

Many rejoiced at the return of others, especially when it came to Belle and Adam, Ariel, who had been provided a dress when she became human again, and Eric, and Naveen and Tiana, all seeing that their loved ones were back to normal. Alice, being the newest member to the group, was introduced to a number of people and enthralled by how grand this gathering of characters were. Even the villains who’d turned to good had been accepted by those whom some of the heroes were surprised to see being friendly towards them. As Mickey and Minnie kissed in reunion, even Donald receiving a running kissing from Daisy as she jumped on him the moment she saw him alive, Yen Sid looked about and did his best to sit up straight as he looked over the victorious sight.

Mickey looked to the other villains, those who were still prisoners to the heroes, and said “Guards! Take them away and--”

Yen Sid cut him off with a “No!” making everyone look. He coughed a little as he continued with “Only Pete. The rest are being sent back where they belong.”

Everyone was a bit surprised, the guards taking Pete away to the prison below, by this before Donald said “But Master, if we use the portal spell again--”

“We don’t...need it now.” Yen Sid smirked.

There was a little more confusion before Goofy asked “Oh! You mean we can use the Doorway now, right?”

Yen Sid shook his head and said “I believe we have...another powerful item in our care.” Looking to Aladdin now.

He perked up and snapped his fingers before pulling out what Yen Sid referred to: Jafar’s lamp. Genie laughed and said “Now that’s using the old noggin.”

Iago flew over and said “Oh, let me do it! Please? Please?” Aladdin gave a curious look to the bird before he said “I’m not going to do anything bad with it. I just want to stick it to Jafar for a bit while he’s taking orders from me for once.” Aladdin looked back to Genie, Jasmine and the flying carpet, who all shrugged before he decided to finally hand it to him. Iago laughed a bit before saying “Alright now....uh...what am I wishing for again?” Genie leaned down and whisper to him. “Oh right.” Before Iago could use the lamp Genie whispered more. “Got it.” And yet again he stopped him to say more. “Alright already! Sheesh.”

Iago finally rubbed the lamp, many standing back to give him room, as Jafar began to appear from it. When he appeared he was back to looking his human form, but his face was so red you could almost think he was changing to his Genie one.

“So you called me back?” he said, looking around at them. He turned to Aladdin and said “Come to gloat in your victory, street rat?”

“No.” Iago sad before smirking. “I am.” Seeing the surprised look Iago said “That’s right, Jafar. Guess who’s got the lamp now?” Jafar steamed and was about to make a threat before Iago held up the lamp and said “Ah-ah. Is that anyway to talk to your new master, spinach chin?”

As Jafar grind his teeth in rage Aladdin leaned over to Jasmine and said “You know I’d almost feel sorry for him.”

“Yeah...almost.”

“Now then, my wish granting friend,” Iago began “I’ve got some wishes I want granted. My first one is that I wish all these bozos,” he indicated the remaining villains, “be sent back where they belong.” Jafar snapped his fingers reluctantly and, in a flash, the villains were gone. “Good. Now my second wish...”

“Wouldn’t happen to be that you’d shut up, would it?” Jafar mumbled to himself.

Angered after hearing this Iago said “I wished you’d shut up!” Suddenly a large zipped appeared over Jafar’s mouth and zipped it closed. Realizing he’d wasted a wish, Iago looked back to some of the others who either rolled their eyes or looked at him annoyed. “Oops.” He shrugged.

Aladdin took the lamp from him and said “Give it here. We can at least make three more wishes now.” Jafar tried to protest, despite his mouth zippered, but Aladdin wagged his finger and said “You know how it works, different master three new wishes.”  Jafar only mumbled more angry words before Aladdin said “Now for my wishes. I wish for you to cure the Lost Boys and those people you changed in Belle and Adam’s world.”

Jafar snapped his fingers and, as confirmation to all that both wishes were granted, Chip was suddenly turned back into a human boy. The sight made him jump with joy before he was embraced by Belle and Adam. A few moments passed before everyone looked as they heard the sound of boys running down the hallways. The Lost Boys came rushing into the room, Peter crowing at the sight and they returning the crowing themselves, before they all rushed over and embraced each other. The sight warmed many hearts before Aladdin looked to Philip and the Fairy Aunts, the former looking hopeful as he nodded to him.

“Okay, Jafar. My last wish.” Aladdin began. “I wish for you to break the spell over Aurora.”

Jafar snapped his fingers before Philip dropped all his weapons and armor before rushing off to where Aurora was kept. The Fairies quickly followed but had a hard time catching up as Philip ran like a marathoner towards the room. When he reached it he opened the door and smiled widely.

“Philip?” Aurora asked as she got up from the bed.

He laughed as he ran to her, she laughing as well as they both embraced. He picked her up and twirled her around before setting her back on the ground. The Aunts had just reached and all of them shouted with joy as they ran up and hugged Aurora, seeing she was cured.

Everyone in the throne room could hear the sounds and smiled at this before Aladdin handed the lamp back to Iago and said “Alright. Your last wish.”

Iago thought for a moment, rubbing his beak like a chin, before finally saying “Alright, Jafar. My last wish.” Jafar looked  bit concerned as to what he was going to ask for. “I wish....for you to go back to the Cave of Wonders where you belong.”

Jafar could only mutter more angry words from his zippered mouth before, in a more grand explosion of magic, disappeared from the throne room. The lamp was gone from Iago’s wings as well indicating Jafar was nice and secure where he belonged.

Genie wiped his hands and said “Well that settle’s that.”

Jauq and Gus suddenly said “Cinderelli! Fairy Godmother gone.”

She looked around and said “Hey! Where did she go?”

“Right here, dearie.” She said from another entrance into the throne room, everyone turning to see. “I just had to run a quick errand.” She smiled. She looked to Snow White and the dwarves before saying “I think you know these chaps.”

She stepped aside as she allowed the dwarves Doc, Bashful, Sleepy and Happy to come into the throne room. Grumpy exclaimed with joy as he, Sneezy and Dopey, all ran over at the sight of seeing their friends turned to normal. They were all grateful to see each other and even more when Snow White came them, kissing them all in happiness at the sight. As soon as they’d finished Philip, Aurora and the Aunts returned. Mickey overlooked the entire scene and sighed with relief.

“We did it.” He said. “We actually won.”

Minnie stood beside him and said “And thank goodness, we all made it in one piece.”

Goofy suddenly grimaced and said “Well...not exactly...”

Everyone soon realized what he meant and looked over, seeing Tinkerbell’s body still in Peter’s hand. Some could not bear to look as Peter only looked more saddened by this. The Lost Boys also cast their heads down, some removing the hoods from the skins they wore to expose their heads. Stitch even gave a low groan like a dog as he remembered what happened to the fairy who saved his own life from the Horned King.

Naveen soon realized Tiana made her way over to the window and looked like she was praying, making him walk over and ask “What are you doing?”

She held back tears as she said “Wishing. Wishing that this would turn out better than it...this.”

Naveen sighed and said “Tiana, I wish that too, really. But we can’t just except things to change like that.” He snapped his finger a bit. He glanced outside the window and his eyes went wide. “Hey! Look!”

Everyone turned to see what he was looking at. As Tiana had seen it too Mickey and some of the others ran over to see what it was. Once they did everyone looked with amazement and shock.

The two bright stars in the sky, the ones they’d all seen before, began to descend from the night sky and float down towards them. The lights from both of them were so great that they everyone stepped back from the window and covered their eyes. Then, in a great brilliance of light, the stars changed shape as they entered the room. When all settled and they saw what was there now, some actually were so dumbfounded they rubbed their eyes before looking again.

Standing there now was, to those who did no already know who it was, a beautiful blonde haired women. She wore dazzling flowing robes of blue and had two large fairy wings on her back. In her hand a large wand with a shape of a star at the end. She stood taller than almost everyone else, making her look more majestic in nature than frightening.  Next to her was a spectral, almost angelic, form of....

“Ray?!?” Tiana said, seeing the little firefly.

He zipped over and said “Well hello there, Cher!” he chuckled as he looked at both her and Naveen before saying “Well don’t you two look might fine tonight.”

Tears of joy came to both their eyes as they saw their long lost friend in front of them. While this happened the Blue Fairy walked over to where Mickey and Minnie stood and bowed.

“Evangeline?” Naveen asked.

Hearing this she looked back and giggled a bit before saying “I’ve been called many things. But you may think of me as simply the Blue Fairy.” She turned back to the mice and said. “Your majesties.” She said as she stood straight. “It is an honor to meet you.” She then turned to the rest and said “All of you.”

Mickey and Minnie bowed back, as did most of the others, before he said “Y-you’re here? How?”

She smiled and said “I’ve always been able to travel from my world. I, much like yourself, find it a joy to see the adventures of other worlds. I am simply here, now, because it was wished.” She winked at Tiana and Snow White, making them smile at what she meant, then walked over to Yen Sid, heroes making way for her, a he smiled at her approach. “So good to see you again Yen Sid.” She said.

“And to you, my lady.” He responded. “Though...I could be in better condition.”

Taran suddenly perked up and said “It...it was you.” Making Yen Sid and the Blue Fairy look to him. “You were the one who told Yen Sid about other worlds. Right?”

Yen Sid chuckled and said “You are correct...Master Taran. But now...I think I begin to see why you chose me.” He looked back to the Blue Fairy as he said “I suppose....it was obvious enough...that I missed it all these years.”

She only smiled a response before Peter, holding Tinkerbell still, walked up to her and asked “Please....is...is there anything you can do?” holding her up to the Blue Fairy.

She looked down at the little fairies body and looked sad. She looked to Peter and said “I am sorry. But that is not within my power. I can give new life, not bring back an old one.” Just as Peter lowered Tink away and seemed more upset she suddenly said “But there is still a chance.” Making him perk up. “Life may be restored, but at the cost of another.”

She turned to Yen Sid who nodded, before Mickey rushed over and said “Master? Are....are you saying...?”

He turned to the King and said “It is time, Mickey...my story has come to...and end.” He could see tears building up in his and most of the others eyes. He put his hand on his shoulder and said “I’ve avoided it...long enough, my old friend. If this is how it must be.....then I would want no bettered ending to my journey....than this.”

Mickey nodded before stepping back towards Minnie and the others. Yen Sid then indicated for Peter to bring Tinkerbell forward. When he did he placed her in Yen Sid’s right hand. The old wizard placed his left hand over her and began to chant something no one fully understood. An old an ancient spell that began to take the very life-force from him and cast it into Tinkerbell. They could see as streams of light went from Yen Sid’s head down his arm and into his hands, creating a small light underneath.

With the last of his words spoken, Yen Sid’s left hand fell to his lap. He took one final breath with a smile on his face before his eyes closed forever. Yen Sid, the grand sorcerer, had finally passed.

As some lowered their heads at this Peter Pan looked as Tinkerbell was still stiff and unmoving. At first he thought the spell had failed, but then a feint glow caught his attention. He, and the others, all looked as the glow began to become brighter. It came from Tinkerbell. In moment she rose and yawned as if from a nap before looking around.

“Tink!” Peter exclaimed. “You’re alright!”

She jumped up and flew about, happy as ever, some cheering at the sight of this. She flew over and hugged Peter’s cheek before seeing the Lost Boys and looking more overjoyed they were back to being boys.

Stitch scurry over and shouted “Fairy Bug!” making her fly down to embrace him, even as he took her in his paws and hugged her close.

As happy as they were Mickey and Taran looked back to the remains of Yen Sid and still felt an uneasy sadness at the sight. They sighed and looked to each other, feeling the loss of their friend, before the Blue Fairy walked next to them.

“Now it is time to fulfill my wish.” She said as she walked over to Yen Sid’s remains.

“Your wish?” Mickey asked.

“Yes.” She said, not looking to him. “I wished to unlock this one’s true potential, for in him I found a sort of kindred spirit. And now it shall be done.”

She tapped Yen Sid’s head with her magic wand and suddenly his whole body began to glow blue. It was enveloped it the light before it began to disappear, right before everyone’s eyes. Slowly it faded away until there was nothing left but Yen Sid’s hat.

As everyone was stunned by this Mickey asked “Wh-what? What happened?”

She reached down and touched his shoulder, saying “Come with me.” leading him towards the window.

As soon as they reached it the same blue light that had taken Yen Sid began to glow again, this time on its own. It shaped itself into a body that then began to slowly became a more and more clear who it was becoming.

Everyone’s heart leapt with joy as Yen Sid finally appeared, now with a more angelic aura to him. But what also stood out was how younger he seemed to be. His bead was shorter and his hair was light brown, not grey. His face was younger but his voice still had that commanding and wise tone to it as he spoke.

He smiled as he looked to everyone and said “Well, I must say, this is an interesting development.”

Mickey was bewildered by the sight and could barely speak before saying “I...I don’t understand...I...”

Yen Sid smiled as he said “My dear Mickey, is I not obvious by now. During all my time speaking of how I found Alpha Beings from other worlds, have you not wondered where the one from our world was?” Mickey and the others soon realized what he meant, all smiling widely at this sudden revelation, before he chuckled and said “It took me some time to finally realize it myself, but now, after learning so much in the magical arts, I fully see theirs a greater magic that no one will ever understand. And that lies...” he walked over and put his finger on Mickey’s chest, right where his heart would be. “...here.”

Mickey smiled, as did everyone else, before Yen Sid hugged his friend one last time saying “Goodbye, Mickey.” He then walked back to the Blue Fairy and said “Well, I think we should be off.”

She nodded as well before walking towards the window with him, Ray looking back to Tiana and Naveen and saying “Didn’t I tell you she was the sweetest firefly you’d ever see?” He then zipped over to join her and Yen Sid before saying “Y’all two take care of each other now.”

Yen Sid perked up and said “Oh, before I forget.” He reached into his pocket and tossed something to Mickey. When he caught it he saw it was the key to the doorway, Yen Sid saying “I believe you’ll find it works now. Enough balance has been restored. All you need do now is decided when is best.”  Tiana and Naveen waved goodbye to Ray while the others did the same for Both Yen Sid and the Blue Fairy. He looked back to Mickey and Minnie before saying “We will be with you, always.”

“And remember.” the Blue Fairy said as she waved her wand in front of all three of them. “When in doubt, all you need to do is wish upon a star.”

With that all three began to fade into three large balls of light. They glowed greatly as they all flew out of the window, phasing through it like ghosts, and up into the air. Everyone hurried over and saw as the went further and further up, eventually becoming three great stars that rested and twinkled in the night sky.

There were smiles all around and everyone looked about, seeing that this was probably the greatest and happiest moment of these entire adventure. They were silent at first, just being grateful that all were alive and well.

Finally Donald walked over and took Yen Sid’s hat, putting it on his head, Goofy asking “How does it fit?”

Donald chuckled and said “Like a glove.”

“So....” Herc finally asked. “...what now?”

“What do you mean ‘what now’?” Eric asked, almost laughing. “We’ve won the war. Everyone’s okay. Everything’s back to normal. What else do you think we should do?”

“I don’t know.” Herc said, shrugging and looking around at everyone else  before back to Eric. “You tell me.”

Eric suddenly realized what he meant and looked confused as well. Everyone else began to have the same looks about them, trying to figure what could they do after such a victory, such a grand adventure they all had together.

“Should we....just go home?” Le Fou asked.

Chip suddenly said “No way. I think we should have some kind of party.”

“The kid’s right.” Phil added. “You don’t just have a battle, win it, and then go home. What we need is a celebration. You know, a big shin-dig.”

“Well,” Minnie began “it just so happens we have a celebration that we’ve been meaning to make up for.” She looked to Mickey and said “The one that helped start this whole event.”

He nodded before saying “Then that’s it then.” He looked to everyone and said “Everyone, it would be an honor to have you all join us. For tomorrow we celebrate the true Feast of the Stars!”
I own nothing. All characters and so on belong to the respective owners at Disney.

Note: I'm sure I'm not the only one to think the Blue Fairy as Evangeline, the star of Ray's dreams. Really, as part of this crossover, it just makes more sense.

Also when writing the battle between the Horned God and everyone else I had two different songs in mind. One funny: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lR2GFr… and the other more serious: www.youtube.com/watch?v=otT5xl… . I hope you all enjoy both and keep a watch out for the final chapter.
